REFUND POLICY
Spefix SmartSearch

1. General Provisions
This Refund Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") governs the procedures and conditions for refunding monetary funds to users of the Spefix SmartSearch service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"), provided by SPEFIX (hereinafter referred to as the "Company").
2. Right to Refund
2.1. The User has the right to submit a request for a refund within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of acceptance of the Public Offer Agreement, provided that the services have not been actually provided and their use has not been initiated.
2.2. If the Services have been used or have already been provided, no refund will be issued, except in cases explicitly provided by current legislation of Ukraine.
2.3. Payments made under special offers, discounts, or promotional codes are non-refundable, unless otherwise specifically stated in the terms of the respective promotion.
3. Procedure for Submission and Review
3.1. To initiate a refund request, the User must send a written or electronic application to: [email protected].
3.2. The application must include the following information:
- Full name and contact details of the User;
- Payment date and amount;
- Selected subscription plan;
- Justification for the refund request.
3.3. The Company will review the application within 10 (ten) business days from the date of receipt and notify the User of the decision.
4. Refund Process
4.1. If a refund is approved, the amount will be returned using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
4.2. The time required for the funds to appear in the User’s account depends on the policies of banks and payment systems and typically takes up to 10 (ten) business days.
5. Final Provisions
This Policy forms an integral part of the Public Offer Agreement.
