ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY (AUP)

1. General Provisions

This Acceptable Use Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") establishes rules and restrictions regarding the use of the Spefix SmartSearch service by Users.

This Policy is binding for all individuals who have access to the Service.

2. Prohibited Actions

Users are prohibited from:

• Using the Service for illegal activities, including fraud, copyright infringement, or distribution of prohibited content;
• Uploading, transmitting, or distributing malware or malicious software;
• Using a single subscription for multiple websites unless explicitly agreed upon with the Company;
• Sharing account access with third parties in order to circumvent payment or other restrictions;
• Attempting unauthorized access to the Company’s data, systems, or infrastructure;
• Performing any actions that may compromise the stability, performance, or security of the Service.

3. Liability and Sanctions

3.1. In case of a User's violation of this Policy, the Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service without compensation or refund.

3.2. The User bears full responsibility for any content or information they upload, post, or process using the Service.

4. Final Provisions

The Company reserves the right to modify this Policy by publishing an updated version on the official website.

The updated version becomes effective immediately upon publication.
